Ta klauzula dotyczy osób fizycznych, których dane przekazuje nam kontrahent. Chodzi o osoby, które:
- reprezentują kontrahenta (na przykład osoby uprawnione do zawarcia umowy albo pełnomocnicy),
- zostały przez kontrahenta oddelegowane do czynności związanych z umową.
Dotyczy to także umów o zachowaniu poufności (NDA) i osób, które przy takiej umowie kontaktują się z nami albo wykonują czynności po stronie kontrahenta.
Jeśli to Ciebie dotyczy, nie musisz sam podawać nam tych danych. Dostajemy je od kontrahenta albo z rejestrów publicznych, dlatego informację publikujemy na tej stronie.
This notice applies to individuals whose data a counterparty gives us. It covers people who:
- represent the counterparty (for example people authorised to sign a contract, or attorneys),
- are assigned by the counterparty to carry out work connected with the contract.
It also covers non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and people who, under such an agreement, contact us or act on the counterparty’s side.
If this applies to you, you do not have to give us this data yourself. We receive it from the counterparty or from public registers, which is why we publish this notice on this page.

Umowę zawieramy z kontrahentem, a nie z osobą kontaktową. Dlatego przy współpracy powołujemy się na prawnie uzasadniony interes, a nie na wykonanie umowy z tą osobą.

The contract is with the counterparty, not with the contact person. That is why, for the cooperation, we rely on legitimate interests and not on performance of a contract with that person.
4. Prawnie uzasadniony interes 4. Legitimate interests
Nasz prawnie uzasadniony interes to możliwość zawarcia i wykonania umowy z kontrahentem, utrzymania z nim kontaktu i bieżącej współpracy oraz — gdy jest to potrzebne — ustalenia, dochodzenia lub obrony roszczeń.
W tym celu używamy tylko danych służbowych potrzebnych do tych zadań. Osoba, której dane dotyczą, może wnieść sprzeciw. Jak to zrobić, opisujemy w punkcie Prawa osoby.
Our legitimate interest is the ability to enter into and perform a contract with the counterparty, to stay in contact and cooperate day to day and — where needed — to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
For this we use only business contact data that these tasks require. The person concerned may object. How to do that is described under Your rights.
5. Kategorie danych 5. Categories of data
Przetwarzamy:
- imię i nazwisko,
- stanowisko,
- firmę (nazwę kontrahenta),
- dane kontaktowe, na przykład służbowy adres e-mail i numer telefonu,
- dane podpisu elektronicznego,
- treść korespondencji.
We process:
- first name and surname,
- job title,
- company (the counterparty’s name),
- contact details, for example a business email address and phone number,
- electronic-signature data,
- the content of correspondence.
6. Źródło danych 6. Where the data comes from
Dane otrzymujemy od pracodawcy lub zleceniodawcy danej osoby, czyli od kontrahenta, albo z rejestrów publicznych (na przykład KRS lub CEIDG).
We receive the data from the person’s employer or principal, that is from the counterparty, or from public registers (for example the Polish National Court Register — KRS — or the Central Registration and Information on Business — CEIDG).
7. Odbiorcy 7. Recipients
Odbiorcami danych mogą być:
- dostawcy poczty elektronicznej i hostingu,
- dostawcy narzędzi do podpisu elektronicznego,
- doradcy prawni i księgowi,
- organy publiczne, gdy wymaga tego prawo.
Recipients of the data may include:
- email and hosting providers,
- providers of electronic-signature tools,
- legal and accounting advisers,
- public authorities, where the law requires it.
8. Okres przechowywania 8. How long we keep the data
Dane przechowujemy przez czas trwania umowy, następnie przez okres poufności wynikający z umowy oraz przez okres przedawnienia roszczeń.
Jeśli przepisy nakazują dłuższe przechowywanie (na przykład przepisy podatkowe), stosujemy ten dłuższy termin. Po jego upływie dane usuwamy albo anonimizujemy.
We keep the data for the term of the contract, then for the confidentiality period set out in the contract, and for the limitation period for claims.
If the law requires a longer period (for example tax rules), we apply that longer period. After it ends, we delete or anonymise the data.
9. Prawa osoby 9. Your rights
Masz prawo do:
- dostępu do swoich danych,
- sprostowania danych,
- usunięcia danych,
- ograniczenia przetwarzania,
- sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania, gdy podstawą jest art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO. Możesz się sprzeciwić z przyczyn związanych ze swoją szczególną sytuacją. Wtedy przestaniemy przetwarzać dane, chyba że wykażemy ważne, prawnie uzasadnione podstawy nadrzędne wobec Twoich interesów, praw i wolności albo dane będą potrzebne do ustalenia, dochodzenia lub obrony roszczeń,
- przenoszenia danych — tam, gdzie przetwarzanie opiera się na umowie lub zgodzie i odbywa się w sposób zautomatyzowany. Przy podstawie z art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f lub lit. c to prawo co do zasady nie przysługuje.

You have the right to:
- access your data,
- rectify your data,
- erase your data,
- restrict processing,
- object to processing where the legal basis is GDPR Art. 6(1)(f). You may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then stop processing the data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the data is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims,
- data portability — where processing is based on a contract or on consent and is carried out by automated means. Where the basis is GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) or (c), this right generally does not apply.
